... but we're not just another fermentation company. We make tradition relatable to modern generations. Our small batch krauts are cold-brined, thick-cut, gut-friendly, fresh ferments. Our kimchi is accessible and packs just the right amount of heat: locally created, but adventurous. Our ACV pickled red onions, well, if you know, you know. They pair well with nearly everything. We have embraced our new home and are on a mission to create a legacy here in Burns, Oregon: of astoundingly delicious and delightful ferments, contributing to our growing the food systems community and local economy, and setting the standard for taste, quality, and innovation in our industry.
